Brad Clark B.S. - Founder and Owner
"Don't be patient, be understanding"
About Brad and BC Adaptive Fitness:
Brad has been an advocate for the special needs population. Dedicating his time by speaking to future special education teachers at Fullerton Junior College and volunteering in the community at the Down Syndrome Association of Orange County, Rising Above Disabilities (RAD) camp in Irvine CA, and is the Health and Fitness director at No Limits Learning Center in Brea, CA.
Inspired by his sister April, who has Down Syndrome. Brad saw that there were numerous health issues in the special needs community and realized that there was nobody that delivered high quality, efficient, affordable, everyday fitness for people with disabilities. He wanted to pair his lifetime experience of working with people that have disabilities and his passion for fitness.
BC Adaptive Fitness was born in January of 2020 while Brad was pursuing a Masters of Science degree at Cal State Fullerton. In his schooling, Brad has completed an undergraduate degree in kinesiology and presented research focusing on the effects on adaptive fitness in participants with Down Syndrome. Brads main goals is to create an open, friendly, safe environment that will improve the quality of life for people with disabilities.
